Water Connected!

Great News! The water company got its encroachment permission to drill under the adjacent state road to bring its water line to Elk Passage.

Once the water line and meter were installed, we set about to run the lines to the laundry/community room shed and each of the three sites of Phase 1

Two inch pipe was used for the main line to provide a good volume of water to the property; three-quarter inch pipe was used for each site connection to ensure good pressure for each tiny home.

With the sewer and water lines in place for Phase 1, we continue to wait on the electric company to set a pole and run lines to the shed and sites before we can fill in the ditches, pave (road bond) the road and rent sites.
