With the septic tank and drain field for Phase 1 installed, we began the last major infrastructure for the section - electric, sewage and water lines.

Completed sewer line for home site.

Roughed out service post with water, electric, and sewer connections.

50 amp electric box installation.

The laundry and community room shed has been outfitted with insulation, electric and plumbing fixtures.

3 dryer outlets and vents.

3 washer hookups and drains.

The shed will also include a utility sink and tables in the laundry area; furniture, a TV, WIFI command center and a multitude of outlets in the communal space.

Currently, we are still waiting on the water and electric companies to hookup those utilities to the property. Charter Communications (WIFI) has been contacted and will perform a site visit shortly.
